Remarks on Presenting Posthumously the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Charlie Kirk

Unlike previous administrations, the White House is not distributing transcripts. The APP will post the transcript of these remarks when they are published in the Daily Compilation of Presidential Documents. The DCPD provides these transcripts approximately six weeks following the event.
