Travel note 1: MAL

Good morning from parking lot across from Mar-a-Lago, where a very good boy named Sam has dutifully sniffed pool's gear while pool was being checked with a magnetometer wand by a Secret Service human.

Having collectively been declared free of explosives and weapons, your pool is holding in vans while awaiting POTUS movement.

The only event on his schedule today is tonight's RNC Spring Gala at MAL, which as of now is listed as closed to press.

Travel note 2: Rolling

Motorcade is on the move at 0934 ET. Pool did not lay eyes on POTUS.

Travel note 3: Trump International

Pool saw the Beast and related vehicles pull into POTUS' eponymously named golf club in West Palm Beach at 0943.

Pool vans split off to the library across the street, where we are likely to be holding for some time.

Travel note 4: Loaded and ready

Pool has been re-loaded into vans and is standing by to join up with the motorcade.

Travel note 5: Rolling

Motorcade is rolling from Trump International as of 1449 ET. Pool is advised by one of our eagle-eyed photographer colleagues that POTUS is wearing his customary red hat / white polo shirt golf ensemble.

Travel note 6: MAL arrival / pool holding

Your pooler caught the Beast peeling off into the Mar-a-Lago driveway at 1456 ET.

Pool is holding in vans at the parking facility across the street for an as yet indeterminate period of time.

Travel note 7: Lid!

White House called a lid at 1610, leaving your intrepid press pool to scatter to the four winds until we are summoned back to serve you again on the morrow.
