Statement by the Press Secretary on Special Presidential Envoy James Baker Traveling to the Middle East

Special Presidential Envoy James A. Baker III will travel to Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia on January 19-22 to discuss reduction of Iraq's official debt. Special Presidential Envoy Baker will also meet with Iraqi officials to discuss Iraq's debt.
