On Thursday, May 25, 2006, the President signed into law:
S. 1165, the "James Campbell National Wildlife Refuge Expansion Act of 2005," which expands the boundaries of the James Campbell National Wildlife Refuge in Honolulu County, Hawaii, and authorizes the acquisition of land for the refuge; and
S. 1869, the "Coastal Barrier Resources Reauthorization Act of 2005," which authorizes appropriations for the Coastal Barrier Resources Act through 2010, and directs the completion of digital mapping of the Coastal Barrier Resources System.
