President Bush will welcome President Ricardo Lagos to Washington for a working visit April 16. This will be an opportunity for the two leaders to discuss the important bilateral partnership and ways to work together to address issues of mutual interest, such as trade. President Bush looks forward to consulting with President Lagos on hemispheric issues, our negotiations of a bilateral free trade agreement, and the upcoming Summit of the Americas in Quebec City.
