Statement by the Press Secretary on Bills Signed Into Law

The President today signed the following bills into law:

H.J.Res. 69, Continuing Appropriations for Fiscal Year 2004;

S. 520, the Fremont-Madison Conveyance Act, an Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to convey certain facilities to the Fremont-Madison Irrigation District in the State of Idaho; and

S. 678, the Postmasters Equity Act of 2003, an Act to amend chapter 10 of title 39, United States Code, to include post-masters and postmasters' organizations in the process for the development and planning of certain policies, schedules, and programs, and for other purposes.
