On Tuesday, June 17, 2003, the President signed into law:
H.R. 192, which reauthorizes and amends a foreign assistance program that provides credit, financial services, and training for microenterprise activities in developing countries.
S. 273, which authorizes the Department of the Interior to acquire approximately 1,406 acres of lands and interests from the State of Wyoming within the boundaries of the Grand Teton National Park.
