Statement of Administration Policy: H.R. 4467 - Establish a Peace Garden

The Administration supports House passage of H.R. 4467, but will seek an amendment in the Senate to require the Peace Garden Project to donate an amount equal to ten percent of the costs of constructing the Garden to pay for its maintenance.
