Statement of Administration Policy: H.R. 2092 - Pipeline Safety Authorization

The Administration has no objection to House passage of H.R. 2092, but will seek an amendment in the Senate to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 1987 of $8.5 million as proposed in the 1987 Budget, instead of the $9.2 million authorized by the bill.
