In compliance with a resolution of the House of Representatives of the United States of the 9th ultimo, relating to the appointments of charge's d'affaires and to the commissions and salaries of the ministers and secretary to the mission to Panama, I transmit herewith a report from the Secretary of State, with accompanying documents.
