I transmit to the House of Representatives a report+ from the Secretary of State, upon the subject of a resolution of the 10th instant, which was referred to that officer.
+Transmitting correspondence and papers relating to the claim of Don Juan Madrazp, a Spanish subject, for losses occasioned by acts of the United States and Georgia.
