I transmit herewith a report, by the Secretary of Agriculture, of the operations of the Bureau of Animal Industry of that Department for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1902, in compliance with the requirements of section I I of the act approved May 29, 1884, for the establishment of that Bureau.
