To the Senate of the United States:
I communicate to the Senate herewith, for its constitutional action thereon, a treaty negotiated on the 12th instant at the Fails of Wolf River, in Wisconsin, by Francis Huebschmann, superintendent of Indian affairs for the northern superintendency, and the Menomonee Indians, by the chiefs, headmen, and warriors of that tribe.
