Sanders Campaign Press Release - Sanders Adds Sunday to Iowa Schedule

BURLINGTON, Vt. – U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders on Sunday will hold events in Des Moines and Indianola. The Democratic Party presidential candidate will discuss a wide range of topics, including income and wealth inequality, issues facing family caregivers, his college affordability plan and getting big money out of politics.

Here is the itinerary:

Sunday, November 15

3:30 p.m.

Family Caregiver Roundtable, Central Presbyterian Church, East Parlor, 3829 Grand Ave, Des Moines

Information for the public: Roundtable is by invitation only.

6 p.m.

Indianola Town Meeting, Simpson College, Principal Black Box, Kent Campus Center, Indianola

Doors open at 5 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. Tickets are not required, but RSVPs are strongly encouraged. Admission is first come, first served. Parking is available in the lot at the corner of W Girard Avenue and N D Street or at the Hillman Hall parking lot at the corner of W Clinton Avenue and N C Street.
