White House Chief of Staff Reinhold R. "Reince" Priebus. All right, we're going to sign three memorandums right now. The first one is withdrawal from the United States—of the United States from the Trans-Pacific Partnership.

The President. Everyone knows what that means, right? We've been talking about this for a long time. Thank you.

The President. Okay. Great thing for the American worker what we just did.

Chief of Staff Priebus. Next, a Federal Government employee hiring freeze.

The President. Except for the military.

Chief of Staff Priebus. Except for the military.

The President. Except for the military.

Chief of Staff Priebus. Next is the policy on regard to Mexico City.

The President. Okay.

Chief of Staff Priebus. That's it.

The President. Thank you very much.
