Readout of Vice President Harris Call with Crown Prince Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jabir Al-Sabah of Kuwait

Vice President Harris spoke today with His Highness, Crown Prince Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jabir Al-Sabah of Kuwait. The Vice President expressed her appreciation for the longstanding friendship between the United States and Kuwait. She also expressed her deep gratitude for the critical role that Kuwait played in supporting the evacuation from Afghanistan of Americans and vulnerable Afghans. The two leaders reaffirmed the strong bilateral relationship between the two countries and committed to work closely on regional challenges.
