President George W. Bush today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to Quito, Ecuador to attend the inauguration of His Excellency Rafael Vicente Correa Delgado, President of the Republic of Ecuador on January 15, 2007.
The Honorable Carlos M. Gutierrez, Secretary of Commerce, will lead the delegation.
