Today, President Donald J. Trump made additional disaster assistance available to the State of Texas by authorizing an increase in the level of Federal funding for Public Assistance projects undertaken in the State of Texas as a result of Hurricane Harvey, beginning on August 23, 2017, and continuing.
Under the President's order today, the Federal share for Public Assistance has been increased to 90 percent of the total eligible costs, except for assistance previously approved at 100 percent.
