It is a warm 67 degrees in Washington this morning. President Trump has no public events on his schedule today. There is a press briefing at 1 p.m.

Karoline spoke about the terrorist attack in Boulder, Colorado saying "the administration's hearts go out to the victims, and they are in our prayers during this unimaginable time."

She said President Trump plans to sign an executive order this afternoon to increase tariffs on steel and aluminum.
