WH pool note 1 - Going golfing

Good morning from Washington.

The president’s motorcade left the White House at 11:18 am.

He is headed to the Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Va.

While walking through the WH, pool noticed that the Palm Room is being refreshed. Furniture has been removed and the floors are temporarily covered with an orange protective padding.

Also the new Rose Garden terrace has been painted white.

Construction equipment, including an excavator, is staged on the South Lawn where Marine 1 typically lands.

WH pool note 2 - arrival at golf club

After an uneventful trip, POTUS arrived at the Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Va at 11:51 am.

Pool did not see POTUS at the WH or at the club. But it is possible to find some photos of him in the beast on X.

WH pool note 3 - golfing partners

Note from the White House:

The White House passes along that the President golfed with Steve Witkoff and Bret Baier today.

WH pool note 4 - leaving golf club

POTUS left the Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Va. at 5:27 pm and is returning to the WH.

Pool did not see POTUS get into the motorcade.

WH pool note 5 - arrival at WH

After an uneventful ride from the Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Va., POTUS arrived at the WH at 6 pm.

WH pool note 6 - lid called

At 6:02 pm, the WH called a lid.
