Out of town pool report #2 - POTUS returning to White House

Sharing from the WH:

The President is returning to the White House this afternoon to consult with his national security team about events in the Middle East.

Out of town pool report #3 - POTUS lifts from Rehoboth

Following the announcement that POTUS is returning to the White House, the motorcade carrying POTUS arrived at a sunny but windy Gordon's Pond in Rehoboth at 3.30pm.

POTUS, wearing a navy blue baseball cap, stepped out of a black SUV and climbed into Marine One. He was on the other side of the second helicopter and the parking lot and too far from the pool for questions.

Marine One lifted off at 3.36pm, 20 hours and 31 minutes after arriving in Rehoboth, headed for Joint Base Andrews.

In Town Pool Report #1 - Potus Meetings

From the White House:

This afternoon, President Biden will meet with principals of the National Security Council to discuss events in the Middle East. The meeting will take place in the White House Situation Room. Secretary Lloyd Austin, Secretary Antony Blinken, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Charles Q. Brown, Director Bill Burns, Director Avril Haines, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, Principal Deputy National Security Advisor Jon Finer, Counselor to the President Steve Ricchetti and National Security Council Coordinator for the Middle East and North Africa Brett McGurk will attend in person. Vice President Harris and Chief of Staff Jeff Zients will attend by secure video.

Earlier today, the President was briefed on events in the Middle East by National Security Advisor Sullivan and Principal Deputy National Security Advisor Finer.

In Town Pool Report #2 - JBA

Marine One touched down at Joint Base Andrews at 4:34 PM. President Biden exited, at 4:39 PM. Pool was held very far back in the motorcade and could not see many details or shout questions.

At 4:41 PM the motorcade was moving.

Also per the White House, the list of people meeting today with POTUS should also include Homeland Security Advisor Liz Sherwood-Randall. The complete text from the WH is below:

The president's motorcade arrived back at the White House at 5:02 PM. POTUS walked into the Oval Office. Pool was too far away to shout questions.
