Revius O. Ortique, Jr., of Louisiana, to be an Alternate Representative of the United States of America to the 54th session of the General Assembly of the United Nations.

Bobby L. Roberts, of Arkansas, to be a member of the National Commission on Libraries and Information Science for a term expiring July 19, 2003 (reappointment).
