Memorandum for the United States Trade Representative

Pursuant to section 2(a)(1) of Public Law 102-182, 105 Stat. 1233, and having due regard for the findings of the Congress in section 1 of said law, I hereby determine that title IV of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2431-2441) should no longer apply to the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic or to the Republic of Hungary.

This determination shall be published in the Federal Register.
