Interagency Committee on Emergency Medical Services Appointment of David B. Horner as a Member.

The President today announced the appointment of David B. Horner, of Santa Monica, Calif., to be a member of the Interagency Committee on Emergency Medical Services.

Horner is a practicing orthopedic surgeon who also serves as an assistant clinical professor of orthopedic surgery at the University of Southern California Medical School. He is president of the Los Angeles County Medical Association and a member of the Health Advisory Council for the State of California.
