Haley Campaign Press Release - Voters Embrace Haley's Strength In a World of Chaos

October 11, 2023

CHARLESTON, S.C. – Nikki Haley's momentum is real and growing. In an increasingly chaotic world, Americans are looking for a strong leader who will provide the moral clarity and stability America and the world need.

Washington Times: Nikki Haley is returning to New Hampshire this week to solidify her position as former President Donald Trump's chief rival in the 2024 Republican presidential race... Building on the momentum she carried out of the two GOP presidential debates, she has leapfrogged past Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida...

She has proved herself to be a well-rounded candidate with the chops to engage in policy debates that motivate Republican voters, and she has the soft touch to connect with voters on the retail level, said Neil Levesque, executive director of the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at Saint Anselm College.

Rep. Will Hurd, Wall Street Journal: Our nation deserves a leader who can unite us and navigate the complex challenges we face, particularly on national security. Ms. Haley is the best person in this race to do that. I encourage donors, fellow candidates, Republican elected officials, conservative influencers and anyone worried about our republic to support her too.

Des Moines Register: Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley is expanding her Iowa footprint following a pair of well-received debate performances that have prompted fresh interest among many Republican caucus goers in the first-in-the-nation state.

Washington Examiner: Haley's team plans to report having $11.6 million in cash on hand and has been particularly responsible when it comes to spending. The campaign pointed out that $9.1 million of this available cash can be used during the primary. Gov. Ron DeSantis's (R-FL) campaign recently announced a $15 million third-quarter haul, with $13.5 million in cash on hand. However, DeSantis aides confirmed only $5 million can be used during the primary, which didn't entirely settle concerns over the campaign's financial stability.
