CHARLESTON, S.C. – On Special Report tonight, Nikki Haley hammered President Joe Biden over his comments on China and questioned his mental acuity.

Joe Biden recently declared that Xi Jinping didn't know about the spy balloon flying over America, saying, "The reason why Xi Jinping got very upset in terms of when I shot that balloon down with two box cars full of spy equipment is he didn't know it was there."

Haley responded tonight:

"President Xi is the strongest, most powerful dictator that China has had in decades. Trust me, there is no way he doesn't know what's going on all the time and everywhere. It is incredibly naive for Biden to think that and it makes me question his mental capacity that much more."
