Federal Trade Commission Nomination of Patricia P. Bailey To Be a Commissioner.

The President today announced that he will nominate Patricia P. Bailey, of Washington, D.C., for reappointment as a Federal Trade Commissioner.

Bailey, 42, has been a Commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission since 1979. She was previously executive legal assistant to the General Counsel of the Merit Systems Protection Board.
