Executive Order 9881—Discontinuing the Palmyra Island Naval Airspace Reservation and the Palmyra Island Naval Defensive Sea Area
By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 4 of the Air Commerce Act, approved May 20, 1926 (44 Stat. 570; 49 U.S.C. 174), and by section 44 of the Criminal Code, as amended (18 U.S.C. 96), the following-designated naval airspace reservation and naval defensive sea area are hereby discontinued:
1. Palmyra Island Naval Airspace Reservation, established by Executive Order No. 8682 of February 14, 1941.
2. Palmyra Island Naval Defensive Sea Area established by Executive Order No. 8682 of February 14, 1941.
