Executive Order 9238—Exemption of Rudolph Forster and Maurice C. Latta from Compulsory Retirement for Age
Whereas, in my judgment, the public interest requires that Rudolph Forster, Executive Clerk, The White House Office, who, during the month of October, 1942, will reach the retirement age prescribed for automatic separation from the service, applicable to him, and Maurice C.
