Executive Order 8735—Authorizing Certain Employees in the Office of the Administrator, Federal Security Agency, to Acquire a Competitive Classified Status Without Regard to the Civil Service Rules
By virtue of the authority vested in me by paragraph Eighth of subdivision SECOND of section 2 of the Civil Service Act (22 Stat. 403, 404), it is hereby ordered that the following-named persons, now occupying attorney positions in the Office of the Administrator, Federal Security Agency, may acquire a competitive classified status without compliance with the requirements of the Civil Service Rules:

Joseph L. Maguire
Henry J. Meloy
Bernard M. Niezer
Richard M. Siegel
This order is issued upon recommendation of the Federal Security Administrator, with the concurrence of the Civil Service Commission.
