By virtue of and pursuant to the authority rested in me by the provisions of paragraph Eighth, subdivision SECOND, section 2 of the Civil Service Act (22 Stat. 403, 404) it is hereby ordered that

may be appointed to positions of experts in the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice without compliance with the requirements of the Civil Service Rules; Provided that the persons so appointed shall not thereby acquire a competitive classified civil service status.
