Executive Order 8513—Authorizing the Appointment of Neal Smith, William T. Bie, Charles Leo Milroy, William S. DeGroff, and Cornelius Lynch to Classified Positions in the Public Buildings Administration, Federal Works Agency, Without Regard to the Civil Service Rules
By virtue of the authority vested in me by the provisions of paragraph Eighth, subdivision SECOND, section 2 of the Civil Service Act (22 Stat. 403, 404), it is hereby ordered that Neal Smith, William T. Bie, Charles Leo Milroy, Willinm S. DeGroff, and Cornelius Lynch may be appointed to classified positions of junior mechanic, under mechanic, senior guard, guard, and junior laborer, respectively, in the Public Buildings Administration, Federal Works Agency, without compliance with the requirements of the Civil Service Rules.
