Executive Order 8146—Reinstatement of Paul H. Alling, a Former Foreign Service Officer

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested hi me by section 12 of the act of February 23, 1931, 46 Stat. 1207, 1208, it is ordered that Paul H. Alling, who resigned his position as an officer in the Foreign Service of the United States on November 30, 1930, to accept an appointment to a position in the Department of State, be, and he is hereby, reinstated in the Foreign Service of the United States in Class IV, his reinstatement to be effective upon the date his nomination to a position in such class is confirmed by the Senate.
