Executive Order 8085—Withdrawal of Public Land for Forest Ranger Station

April 11, 1939

COLORADO

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910, c. 421, 36 Stat. 847, as amended by the act of August 24, 1912, c. 369, 37 Stat. 497, it is ordered that the following-described land in Colorado be, and it is hereby, temporarily withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, or entry and reserve, subject to valid existing rights, for use by the Forest Service of the Department of Agriculture as a ranger station In connection with the administration of the Gunnison National Forest:

SIXTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN

T. 14 S. R. 86 W., sec. 1, SE¼SW¼; 40 acres.

The withdrawal made by this order shall remain in force until revoked by the President or by act of Congress.
