NEVADA
By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 4, 1897, 30 Stat. 11, 36 (U.S.C., title 16, sec. 473), and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture, it is hereby ordered that the Toiyabe Division of the Nevada National Forest and the Santa Rosa Division of the Humboldt National Forest be, and they are hereby, excluded from the Nevada and Humboldt National Forests, respectively, and they shall hereafter be designated and administered as the Toiyabe National Forest, which is hereby reestablished.
