Executive Order 7626—Reinstatement of Former Foreign Service Officer - Robert F. Kelley, Class III

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by Section 12 of the Act of February 23, 1931, 46 Stat. 1207, 1208, it is ordered that Robert F. Kelley, who resigned his position in the Foreign Service of the United States on July 1, 1928, to accept appointment to a position in the Department of State, be, and he is hereby, reinstated in the Foreign Service of the United States in Class III, his reinstatement to be effective upon the date his nomination to the position in such class is confirmed by the Senate.
