Executive Order 7061—Retirement of Edwin Sheddan Cunningham, Foreign Service Officer
Whereas Executive Order No. 6066, of March 3, 1933, retains Edwin Sheddan Cunningham, of Tennessee, a Foreign Service officer of class 1, on active duty for such time as may be deemed necessary not in excess of 5 years from July 6, 1933; and
Whereas it is not deemed necessary for the interests of the United States that Mr. Cunningham be retained on active duty beyond December 31, 1935:
Now, Therefore, it is hereby ordered that Mr. Cunningham's retirement under the provisions of the act of February 23, 1931, become effective on December 31, 1935.
