Executive Order 7033—Modification of Boundaries of Cibola National Forest, New Mexico

May 01, 1935

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 4, 1897 (30 Stat. 11, 36), it is ordered that the boundaries of the Cibola National Forest in New Mexico, as modified by Executive Order No. 5752, of December 3, 1931, be, and they are hereby, further modified by excluding therefrom the following-described land, in order to permit the Secretary of the Interior to dispose of the said land under the provisions of the act of March 1, 1907 (34 Stat. 1052):

New Mexico Principal Meridian

T. 10 N., R. 5 E., sec. 14, lot 28, 1.58 acres.
