Executive Order 6977—Revocation of Executive Order No. 5241, of December 16, 1929, Withdrawing Public Lands, Colorado

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910 (ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497), Executive Order No. 5241, dated December 16, 1929, withdrawing public lands in secs. 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, T. 10 S., R. 86 W. of the sixth principal meridian, Colorado, is hereoy revoked, this revocation to become effective upon the date of the official filing of the plat of resurvey of said township.
