Executive Order 6952—Transfer of Funds to the Federal Emergency Relief Administration from Funds Allocated to the Federal Civil Works Administration

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of February 15, 1934 (ch. 13, 48 Stat. 351, 352), appropriating $950,000,000 to carry out the purposes of the Federal Emergency Relief Act of May 12, 1933 (ch. 30, 48 Stat. 55), and to continue the civil-works program, and for other purposes, there is hereby transferred to the Federal Emergency Relief Administration, to be available for expenditure during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1935, the sum of $30,000,000 from the sum of $450,000,000 heretofore allocated to the Federal Civil Works Administration from the said appropriation of $950,000,000.
