Executive Order 6846—Revocation in Part of Executive Order No. 5109 of May 13, 1929, Withdrawing Public Lands, Colorado
By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910 (ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497), it is ordered that Executive Order No. 5109, dated May 13, 1929, withdrawing, with other lands, public lands in T. 49 N., R. 5 E. of the New Mexico principal meridian, Colorado, be, and it is hereby, revoked as to said township, effective upon the date of the official filing of the plat of resurvey of said township.
