Executive Order 6719—Modification of Executive Order No. 5082, of March 22, 1929, Withdrawing Public Lands, Oregon
By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910 (ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497), it is ordered that Executive Order No. 5082, dated March 22, 1929, withdrawing public lands in Oregon for classification and in aid of proposed legislation, be, and it is hereby, modified to the extent of permitting the approval by the Secretary of the Interior of the application of the Great Northern Railway Co. (Lakeview 013909) for station grounds in T. 25 S., R. 9 E., sec. 9, NE¼SE¼ and S½SE¼, Willamette meridian, Oregon, under the provisions of the act of March 3, 1875 (ch. 152, 18 Stat. 482).
