Executive Order 6269—Withdrawal of Land for Use by the Washington-Alaska Military Cable and Telegraph System, Alaska
By virtue of the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910 (ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497), and subject to the conditions of said acts, it is hereby ordered that a tract of land in Alaska, designated as U.S. Survey No. 1079, trade and manufacturing site of the Marconi Wireless Telegraph Co. of America, containing 20.55 acres, be, and the same is hereby, withdrawn and reserved, subject to any valid existing rights, for use by the Washington-Alaska Military Cable and Telegraph System.
This order shall continue in full force and effect unless and until revoked by the President or by act of Congress.
