It is hereby ordered that Executive Order No. 5326, dated April 14, 1930, withdrawing all unreserved islands, rocks, and pinnacles situated in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of California for classification and in aid of legislation, be, and the same is hereby, revoked in so far as it affects all the islands, rocks, and pinnacles situated in the Pacific Ocean south of the mouth of Carmel River and in the vicinity of Point Lobos in T. 16 8., R. 1 W., Mount Diablo meridian, California.
