Executive Order 5912—Exemption of John P. McDowell from Compulsory Retirement for Age

August 24, 1932

By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 204 of Part II of the act entitled "AN ACT Making appropriations for the Legislative Branch of the Government for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1933, and for other purposes" approved June 30, 1932, John P. McDowell, member of board of appeals, Office of the Solicitor, Department of the Interior, who has reached the retirement age prescribed for automatic separation from the service, is hereby exempted from the provisions of that section.
