Pursuant to authority contained in sections 5 and 6 of the act of Congress approved June 10, 1922 (42 Stat. 628), the rates prescribed in said act are hereby announced as effective for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1932, for the rental and subsistence allowances of officers of the various services entitled thereto.
