Executive Order 5552—Revocation of Withdrawal of Public Lands Containing Oil Shale, Utah

It is hereby ordered that lot 5 of sec. 24, T. 11 S., R. 19 E., and lot 6 of sec. 33, T. 8 S., R. 20 E., containing 160 acres, and tract 20 in sec. 24, T. 9 S., R. 25 E., containing 68.93 acres, Salt Lake meridian, Utah, be eliminated from the operation of Executive Order No. 5327 of April 15, 1930, withdrawing lands owned by the United States containing deposits of oil shale, so that trust patents can be issued to Ma- chook-a-rats (Chester) and Jimmie Colorow, Uncompahgre Ute Indians, for the lands allotted to them.
