Executive Order 5549—Amendment to the Instructions to Diplomatic Officers Respecting Citizenship

Chapter X of the Instructions to Diplomatic Officers of the United States, entitled "Citizenship" is hereby canceled and the following substituted therefor:

CITIZENSHIP
X-l. Laws and procedure respecting citizenship
Embassies, legations, and other missions are hereby authorized to follow the instructions pertaining to citizenship set forth in Article X of the Consular Regulations.
