Executive Order 5525—Withdrawal of Public Lands for Classification, Utah

January 05, 1931

Under authority of the act of Congress approved June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (37 Stat. 497), it is hereby ordered that the public lands within the following described areas in the State of Utah be, and the same are hereby, temporarily withdrawn for classification and in aid of legislation, subject to the conditions of the aforesaid acts and to valid existing claims, and to an existing stock driveway withdrawal:

Salt Lake Meridian

T. 36 S., R. 3 W., surveyed S. ½ S. ½ sec. 3, SE. ¼ SE. ¼ sec. 4, and N. ½  sec. 10, and  unsurveyed S. ½ sec. 10, W. ½ sec. 14, all of sec. 15, NE. ¼ NE. ¼, W. ½ E. ½, W. ½ sec. 22, N. ½ NW. ¼ sec. 23, W. ½ sec. 27, and N. ½ NW. ¼ sec. 34;

T. 37 S., R. 3 W., lots 3 and 4, S. ½ NW. ¼ sec. 4, NE. ¼ NE. ¼, and SE. ¼ SE. ¼ sec. 8.

This order shall continue in full force and effect unless and until revoked by the President or by act of Congress.
