Mrs. Lulie Hunt Tumipseed may be appointed to a suitable position in the Treasury Department without regard to the requirements of the civil service rules.
Mrs. Tumipseed is the widow of a commissioned medical officer of the Public Health Service who died in the service on April 25, 1930, at Spokane, Wash.
This order is recommended by the Secretary of the Treasury.
